Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Advice Site Leader in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Thinking strategically, setting goals, communicating clearly and collaborating and influencing appropriately
- Establishing new regional center/s by recruiting, hiring and staffing top talent
- Managing talent strategy of the site/s and/or Regions assigned to them
Skills and Requirements Include:
- An investment industry leader with 10 years of leadership experience in wealth management or brokerage
- Ability to balance producing strong results with proper risk management, strong compliance record in previous position
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, highly professional and experienced in creating and presenting information
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software
- A valid and active Series 7
