Job Summary
A university is seeking a Remote Advising and Enrollment Associate Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively engaging with prospective students and help them overcome potential barriers
- Reaching out to and maintaining relationships with prospective students
- Providing outstanding service by responding to prospective student inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working in a goal-driven, measured performance, and team environment is required
- Candidates must possess excellent customer service, time management, creative problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communications, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution +1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
