Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Advisor Commission Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Aggregating data from multiple sources to balance monthly provider statements
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and escalate issues of dissatisfaction
  • Resolving related Advisor commission tickets through analysis and investigation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • Experience working in the financial analysis/sales compensation/commission/billing space
  • 2+ years experience working at a telecommunications carrier or channel partner
  • Financial or compensation analysis experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
