An information technology company is seeking a Remote Advisor Commission Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Aggregating data from multiple sources to balance monthly provider statements
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and escalate issues of dissatisfaction
- Resolving related Advisor commission tickets through analysis and investigation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- Experience working in the financial analysis/sales compensation/commission/billing space
- 2+ years experience working at a telecommunications carrier or channel partner
- Financial or compensation analysis experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
