Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Advisor Recruiting Regional Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage advisor recruiting pipeline
- Communicate value proposition through brokerage knowledge
- Create a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates
Required Skills:
- Travel throughout territory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7-10 minimum years' experience
- Must have Series 7
- Experience recruiting in financial services industry
- Outstanding relationship management, and collaborating/influencing skills
- Project management skills
