Job Summary

An information management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Advisory Application Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Play a key role in client management within the Digital Lending and Origination team
  • Message technical information in a way that is easy to understand, and develop positive client relationships
  • Serve as mentor/point of contact to newer and offshore associates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • OnBase software support/technical client services related experience
  • Strong analytical problem solving ability
  • Ability to communicate at both technical and end-user levels
  • Experience with Web and Client server application support and general operating system
  • Exposure to database related issues/resolutions
