Job Summary

An IT and service provider is filling a position for a Remote Advisory Enterprise Agile Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing internal agile mentoring capabilities within the organization
  • Providing assessment, evaluation and coaching
  • Building an environment of safety to take risks

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • 10+ years IT experience in infrastructure or software development
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience guiding agile transformations as an internal/external coach at team level, project/portfolio and enterprise
  • Proven experience in Agile Practices
  • Experience improving or transforming a process, group, or organization and leveraging change management techniques to optimize delivery
