Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Advisory Services Consultant in Tampa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establishing a Trusted Advisor' relationship with clients and prospects
  • Collaborating to gain a strong understanding of client's objectives
  • Leading practice level workshops with key client stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • 5+ years experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery
  • 3+ years experience in at least one additional related field
  • 3+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Consulting experience
  • Implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions
