A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Advisory Services Consulting Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of key drivers of the current state
• Implementing winning practices that will move the needle on their DEI outcomes
• Understanding the root cause drivers behind their DEI challenges

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 1+ years of professional experience with quantitative analysis
• Strong data visualization skills utilizing MS and/or Google Suite
• Strong process orientation - motivated to instill sustainable/scalable processes and templates
• Quantitatively oriented, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
