Job Summary
An aerospace engineering company is seeking a Remote Aerospace Engineering Supply Chain Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be a primary point of contact for suppliers, advising on production forecast, quality issues, and design changes
- Lead supplier assessments and the development of corrective and preventative actions
- Act as a Supply Chain Manager for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least five (5) years working experience in supply chain strategy development and architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal at all level of the organization, between engineering, production, and suppliers
