Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail or beauty
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
