Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales success by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls to educate prospective customers on treatments and tailor recommendations
• Engage with prospects through outbound calls, building trust and rapport to foster long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Professionalism with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
