Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of warm leads while earning commission on every treatment plan sold.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and run virtual consultations
• Educate clients on services offered, including laser hair removal and skin treatments
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage personal pipelines
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
