Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of warm leads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Run virtual consultations and build personalized treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on services and present financing options to close deals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
