Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and run virtual consultations
• Educate clients on services such as laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Comfortable with high call volume and achieving sales quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
