Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a thriving aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold, primarily focusing on warm leads generated by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and run virtual consultations to develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on various aesthetic services and present financing options to close sales
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills and a preference for remote work
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
