Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and conduct virtual consultations
• Educate clients on various aesthetic services and present financing options to close deals
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
