Job Summary

To drive sales success and empower clients in achieving their aesthetic goals, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct personalized virtual consultations, engage with prospects through various communication channels, and collaborate with internal teams, all while working remotely in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations to educate prospective customers on treatment options
• Initiate outbound calls to build trust and rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
