Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Empowering clients to achieve their aesthetic goals, the part-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales success through proactive engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through effective virtual consultations
• Educate prospective customers on treatments via phone or video calls, tailoring recommendations to their needs
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
