Job Summary

Dynamic and results-driven, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels in a full-time, remote position with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations to educate prospective customers on treatments tailored to their aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or luxury retail
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
