Job Summary

To drive sales success in a fast-paced environment, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels while working remotely on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations to educate customers on treatment options tailored to their aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to build trust and rapport with prospective clients, fostering long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
