Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the part-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by conducting effective virtual consultations and proactive client engagement
• Educate prospective customers on treatment options through personalized consultations via phone or video calls
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport to foster long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
