Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales success through proactive client engagement in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals through effective virtual consultations and proactive client engagement
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video, educating clients on treatment options tailored to their aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport to foster long-term customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail or aesthetics
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
