Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and manage a pipeline of warm leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads and conduct virtual consultations
- Educate clients on various aesthetic services and present financing options to close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
- Proven ability to manage a high call volume and meet sales quotas
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
