Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company
- Run virtual consultations and educate clients on various aesthetic services
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for client handoffs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
- Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly quotas
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
