Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant in Brookfield.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Initiate sales process by conducting and scheduling appointments with warm leads
- Close sales by building strong rapport with potential patient
- Manage the referral-based lead generation process
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials
- Must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills (3+ years B2C consultative selling experience required)
- Proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment
- Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
- Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach
