A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote AFC Certified Client Success Specialist.

• Developing and maintaining positive client relations

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years in sales or customer service
• AFC Certification Required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management system
• Effective at time management, planning & organizing tasks and time
