Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and entrepreneurial marketer to help scale our affiliate and partner marketing programs. Virbela is setting out to re-shape how we work, meet and communicate in this new remote economy -- this role will play a crucial role in realizing that vision.
As an Affiliate & Partner Marketing Manager, you will own marketing strategy, content, websites, and promotional campaigns for our affiliate and partner programs. This position requires someone that is independent and highly collaborative
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Develop and execute growth strategies for our affiliate channel
Take ownership of the entire funnel, from inbound requests, to supporting affiliate sales
Partner closely with our affiliate program manager on recruiting, education, and enablement
Collaborate with our sales and customer operations teams to onboard and enable strategic partners
Collaborate with our product and wider marketing teams to align on GTM launches and larger partnership/event opportunities
Create and optimize processes for affiliate and partner requests, onboarding, management platforms, and communications
Analyze and present channel performance and insights to senior management and exec team
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has:
3-5 years of affiliate or partner marketing experience, B2B is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience create marketing collateral, presentations, and other enablement content for affiliate and/or partner programs
Experience with Microsoft and/or Google productivity tools -- Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo or other sales or marketing software
