Remote Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

A global wellness company has an open position for a Remote Affiliate Manager.

Must be able to:

• Partner with existing & new Affiliates and any necessary technologies to effectively achieve growth goals
• Scale the program towards ambitious growth goals, primarily through partner onboarding
• Communicate all Affiliate initiatives, data analysis, reporting and project management across the organization

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with Performance Marketing experience a must
• Hands-on (in-platform) experience with Affiliate management strategies and campaign management tools
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related experience
• Expert level understanding of optimization against CPA/cLTV/CPC with a hunger to drive business results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, verbally (for partner comms and internal discussion) and written
• Strong understanding of audience use in media, and associated experience(s) throughout their journey
