Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Affiliate Marketing Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Maintain a strategic roadmap that advances the capability, growth, efficiency, and diversification
• Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance-based affiliate and partnership marketing
• Monitor, manage, and optimize campaigns based on daily, weekly, and monthly performance data

Qualifications Include:

• 7-10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing managing a diverse group of programs
• Demonstrated history of delivering performance against large marketing budgets
• Experience leveraging affiliate marketing platforms
• Deep experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, creative, analytics, and sales
• Data driven with strong analytical problem solving skills and a consistent record of using data
• Strong understanding of the affiliate and performance marketing landscape
