Job Summary
An energy company is in need of a Remote Affiliate Territory Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating sales efforts by establishing sales quotas within the team
- Implementing sales policies and common sales processes to improve efficiency
- Analyzing sales statistics to help promote sales
Qualifications Include:
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop professional sales staff
- Ability to develop sales campaigns that are aligned with the goals of the business unit
