Job Summary

A non-profit organization that provides disaster relief needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Africa Seeds Tools Developer Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Provide remote technical expertise to Mercy Corps on two seed-related initiatives
• Review the emergency response outline, draft Decision Trees, and lead simulated testing of the tools
• Review the draft Context Analysis Tool and provide recommendations on the tools’ improvements -

Required Skills:

• Expert level experience designing and implementing Emergency Seed Intervention Tools
• Expert level experience designing and implementing Seed Assessment Tools
• Expert level experience designing and implementing Context Analysis Tools
• Expert level experience with various emergency and fragile contexts
• Familiarity with decision-making approaches for seed interventions in these contexts.
