Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote AFS Reinsurance Accounting Consultant.

Must be able to:

Coordinate the research, analysis and implementation of new and/or revised accounting policies
Advise management of the accuracy of all reports, forms and data
Act as project lead in development and design of new and enhanced systems

Qualifications for this position include:

Six or more years of related accounting experience
GAAP and/or STAT knowledge and functional business area regulatory requirements
Knowledge of industry standard methodologies in sophisticated financial statement preparation
