Job Summary
A travel management company is filling a position for a Remote After Hours Associate Manager in Fort Myers.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC
- Working directly with the Manager on day to day operations
- Overseeing a team of agents who book worldwide travel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong GDS Knowledge of Sabre
- Full working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies and Federal Travel Regulations
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Strong international background both geographical and rate structures
- Excellent phone etiquette
- 5 years of experience as a Agent
