Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Remote After Hours Call Program Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer routine to emergent calls and may require prescription writing, lab or radiology ordering and interaction with an on-call MD
  • Work Friday evening and overnight, Saturday and Sunday days, evenings and overnight to Monday

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong triaging skills required
  • Minimum of 3 years direct Advanced Practitioner Adult/Family Medicine experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's degree and NLN approved NP program
  • Current Massachusetts state license as a registered nurse practitioner
  • NCCPA certification licensure is required
  • Must maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
