Job Summary
A travel management company is in need of a Remote After Hours Corporate Travel Counselor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Complete domestic and/or international travel arrangements for clients
- Interact with traveler or travel arranger and provides 1st level of support for customer service
- Adhere to company standards in delivering customer service including telephone and email etiquette
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 8 years of corporate travel consultant experience
- Ability to create domestic multi-segment, multi-destination itineraries
- Must demonstrate travel industry knowledge
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the 3 GDS' (Apollo, Worldspan, Sabre)
- Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
- All other requirements necessary for this position
