Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm is in need of a Remote After Hours Team Associate Manager in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Oversee a team of agents who book worldwide travel
- Oversee all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC and reviewing travel authorizations
- Handle agent and client issues promptly by gathering all information and research
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Strong international background both geographical and rate structures
- Strong GDS Knowledge of Sabre
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision
