A travel agency has a current position open for a Remote After Hours Team Travel Consultant in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year's experience as a booking agent
- Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
- Understanding of Government travel requirements
- Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS software
