A travel management company has an open position for a Remote After Hours Team Travel Consultant in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months experience/raining; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
