Job Summary
A travel company is seeking a Remote After Hours Team Travel Consultant in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements or changes to itineraries
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations through our GDS system, accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports
- Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- All other requirements necessary for this position
