Job Summary
A travel services company is filling a position for a Remote After Hours Ticketing Consultant in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing the client from a fulfillment perspective including ticket processing
- Providing clear instructions to travelers regarding profile updates
- Keeping supervisor promptly and fully informed of all matters of significance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry
- High level of knowledge of GDS system
- Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules
- Knowledge of processing exchanges using airline waivers
- Ability to work in multiple systems and programs throughout the day
