Job Summary
A physician association is seeking a Remote After Hours Transfer Coordinator in Northridge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Anticipating our customer needs by understanding the wants and needs of customers
- Returning phone calls to customers and following up with requests
- Greeting patients, family members, and physicians in a positive manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Training required onsite in Northridge for a minimum of 4-6 weeks upon hire
- Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays and flexible with all shifts
- High School or better
- Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power Point)
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Managed Care strongly preferred
