A travel management company has a current position open for a Remote After Hours Travel Agent Team Lead in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensure tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
• Respond to team/client on emails within 15mins
• Monitor Phone/Email response time

Required Skills:

• Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
• Working knowledge of Sabre GDS System
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent computer and typing skills
