Job Summary

A corporate travel management firm. has a current position open for a Remote After Hours Travel Agent Team Lead in Las Vegas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring Phone/Email response time
  • Ensuring tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
  • Checking agent queues when they are out

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Requires a negligible amount of travel
  • Working knowledge of Sabre GDS System
  • Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
