Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm is seeking a Remote After Hours Travel Agent Team Lead in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring Phone and Email response times
- Assisting Agent with level 1 scripting issues
- Ensuring tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Working knowledge of Sabre GDS System
- Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Ability to identify a problem and see it through to resolution with minimal supervision
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a booking agent
