Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
• Researching complex travel rules and regulations for each client
• Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience as a booking agent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
• Excellent computer and typing skills, which includes the ability to navigate between programs
