Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in Eau Clair.
Must be able to:
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients
- Book and issue airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Research complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a booking agent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent computer and typing skills, which includes the ability to navigate between programs
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
