Job Summary
A corporate travel company is in need of a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing clients’ travel reservations from initial request to completion
- Processing cancellations, alterations and informing customers of flight status
- Listening and guiding the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years recent, native GDS experience on Sabre
- Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients
- Extensive knowledge of international and domestic routings, airfares contracts
- Capability to setup ticketing and exchange tickets
- Excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude
