Job Summary
A corporate travel management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote After Hours Travel Consultant in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients who are requesting new travel arrangements
- Booking and issue airline, hotel, car and ground transportation reservations
- Providing prompt and exceptional customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a booking agent
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent computer and typing skills
