Job Summary

A travel firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote After Hours Travel Services Team Leader in Pensacola.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring Phone/Email response time
  • Ensuring tickets are issued and assist with issuing if needed
  • Checking agent queues when they are out

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires a negligible amount of travel
  • Working knowledge of Sabre GDS System
  • Proficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
