Job Summary

A travel management company is in need of a Remote After Hours Weekend Ticketing Consultant in St Louis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing Special Requests added online and take appropriate action to support
  • Resolving Ticket errors
  • Verifing ticket validity before staging a reservation for exchange

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules
  • High level of knowledge of GDS system
  • Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel
  • Knowledge of processing exchanges using airline waivers
  • Minimum of three years travel agency experience required
